歴史家ワークショップでは、外国語で簡潔に研究のエッセンスを発表するイベント、Research Showcase を2016年より継続して開催しています。発表・質疑応答をすべて外国語で行うことで、発表者・参加者の双方が外国語で学術的なコミュニケーションを実践できる場をつくっています。
第18回となる今回は、2023年11月30日（木）14時から、東京大学の本郷キャンパスにて対面とオンライン両方で聴講が可能なハイブリッド形式で開催いたします。ひろく歴史分野に携わる研究者から発表を募った結果、中世から現代まで、非常に多岐にわたるトピックの報告が集まりました。当日は、コメンテーターに島津直子先生（東京大学／グローバルヒストリー）をお迎えし、本会特任研究員の古川萌（東京大学／イタリア・ルネサンス美術史）、ポリーナ・バルデゥッチ（東京大学／日本中世史）が運営を務めます。英語での質疑応答スキルの向上、また学際的・国際的交流をめざす全ての歴史研究者の参加をお待ちしております！
